This live camera is installed on the summit of Mt. Sekizen in Iwagi, Kamijimacho, Ochi District, Ehime Prefecture. This live camera shows the Seto Inland Sea and cherry blossoms (around April every year). It is provided by the Kamijima Town Office in Ochi District.
Mt. Sekizen is a 369.8m high mountain located in the center of Iwagi Island, east of Ikuchi Island in the Geiyo Islands in the western Seto Inland Sea. It is also known as Iwagi Fuji. Mt. Sekizen is also famous as a cherry blossom viewing spot, and about 3,000 Somei-yoshino, Oshima-zakura, mountain cherry, double-flowered cherry, and weeping cherry trees are planted on the hiking trail to the summit. You can see a 360-degree panoramic view from the observation deck at the summit.
