This is a live camera installed at the Fujimidai (observation deck) on the summit of Mt. Mikabu in Matsukawa, Furudono, Ishikawa District, Fukushima. You can see Mt. Fuji, Mt. Located on the summit of Mt. Mikabuyama (elevation 842m) towering over Furudono-cho, Fukushima Prefecture, Fujimidai is an observation deck where you can see Mt. Fuji in the distance if the conditions are right, as its name suggests. It offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Fukushima Airport, Onahama Port, the Pacific Ocean, and even Mt. Bandai.
The probability of seeing Mt. Fuji is particularly high in the early morning from November to February when the air is clear. Free binoculars are also installed at the observation deck, and you can check the view in real time with the live camera. The surrounding area has been developed as Sankabu Plateau, and there are campsites and colonies of late-blooming wild cherry trees, allowing you to enjoy nature in all four seasons. The area is easily accessible, making it a popular spot for hiking and stargazing.
