What can be seen at Miura Coast Live Camera
This page features multiple Live Camera feeds installed in Minamikaura Town, Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, so please use them according to your purpose because the viewing direction and visible spots differ depending on the camera.
The official coastal and port surveillance cameras operated by the Kanagawa Prefecture Department (River Port Division) allow you to view a wide area encompassing Miura Coast, Miura Beach (Kikuna Beach), Kaneda Bay, Uraga Channel, and the Boso Peninsula, providing an open view that captures everything from the shallow sandy beach to the opposite Boso Peninsula, which is suitable for grasping wave height and changes in weather in real time.
Additionally, the camera installed in Wada, Hatsuse Town, south of Miura Kaigan can offer views of Kurosaki Kaigan, Kurosaki no Hana, and Sagami Sea, allowing confirmation of a calmer sea appearance different from the north side of Miura Kaigan, and the camera installed at Innovative Japan Miura Telework Office (BAYSIDE CAFE) simultaneously captures Miura Kaigan, National Route 134, and Kaneda Bay, which is also useful for checking the road conditions along the coast.
Summer Miura Coast | Check the crowds at the beach, beach huts, and fireworks festivals with Live Camera Information.
At Miura Coast, the beach bath will be open annually from mid-July to the end of August, and in 2025, it revived for the first time in two years as “MIURA FUN BEACH Miura Coast,” completely revamped from the traditional beach house style, becoming an experiential beach lined with dedicated beach sports areas, live event stages, and food trucks using local Miura ingredients, attracting many beachgoers.
Lifeguards are stationed in the swimming area, allowing families to enjoy swimming safely, and the “Miura Coast Summer Festival Fireworks Display” is also held as a summer tradition, where you can enjoy the star mines and underwater fireworks launched from the sea up close while sitting on the wide sandy beach.
Congestion is expected at both parking lots and sandy beaches on weekends and holidays, so checking the beach conditions using the Live Camera before heading out can help you adjust your arrival time, and you can also get a general idea of the situation on National Route 134, which is prone to traffic jams, from the camera footage along the coast.
Haru no Miura Kaigan | Kawazu Sakura Live Camera de Kaika Jōkyō o Real-time Check
Miura Kaigan is widely known not only as a spot for summer but also as a famous spot for the Kawazu cherry blossoms in the spring; the row of Kawazu cherry trees along the Keikyu line, stretching about 1km from Keikyu Kurihama Line’s “Miura Kaigan Station” to Komatsugaike Park, usually reaches its peak bloom from late January to early March, and these early-blooming cherry blossoms, characterized by their deep pink color, attract many cherry blossom viewers during their blooming period for the “Miura Kaigan Sakura Festival.”
During the blooming period, Keikyu Railway has installed a limited-time Live Camera in front of Miura Kaigan Station to stream the cherry blossom blooming status in real time, and this site also publishes this footage, allowing you to check the best viewing time without missing it.

The blooming season for Katsura cherry blossoms varies from year to year, so we recommend checking the blooming status beforehand using the Live Camera before heading to the location.
Access and parking information for Miura Coast
If you are coming by train
It takes about a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kurihama Line’s “Miura Kaigan Station” to the coast, and it is easily accessible with approximately 70 minutes from Shinagawa Station without changing trains, attracting many visitors not only from Tokyo and Kanagawa but also from the Saitama area; during the summer swimming season, Keikyu Electric Railway sometimes sells discounted special tickets such as the “Miura Beach Bathing Ticket.”
If you are coming by car
Due to the extension of the Miura Vertical Road to “Kōenbō” in 2020, access from the expressway has significantly improved, allowing you to reach Miura Kaigan from the “Kōenbō” exit in about 10 minutes, and although there are several paid parking lots along the coast, they often fill up during the summer swimming season or the Kawazu cherry blossom blooming period, so we recommend heading there early.
If you check the surrounding traffic conditions or the crowd level on the beach using the Live Camera before heading out, you can enjoy the location smoothly.
