Sarushima Island is the only natural island in Tokyo Bay, located in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is an uninhabited island with an area of ​​about 5.5 hectares, and is located about 10 minutes by boat from Yokosuka Chuo Station. On the island, there are remains of a fortress built from the end of the Edo period to before World War II, and it is designated as a national historic site.
