The Kaze no Mieru Oka Park is located on a hill with an altitude of approximately 90m in Kabejima, Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Genkai Sea and Yobuko Bay, and also see Yobuko Ohashi Bridge and Yobuko Port. The white windmill symbol actually generates wind power, which is used for things like lighting at the rest house.

The facility has an observation deck, a rest house, and parking (about 60 spaces), and admission is free; in spring, 25 types of hyacinths blooming with 25,000 bulbs are in full bloom. Business hours are from 9:00 to 17:00 (the restaurant until 18:00, and until 19:00 from April to November), and it is closed on Tuesdays and during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Access is about a 35-minute taxi ride from JR Karatsu Station, and it is a popular spot where you can enjoy the natural scenery and sea views of Kabe Island.
