Chichibu Muse Park Observation Platform, which is 363m above sea level, offers a panoramic view of Mt. Buko and Chichibu city, and is known as a spot for viewing the night view and sea of clouds.
A sea of clouds is more likely to occur early in the morning when the conditions are right, such as the humidity after rain, and the cold weather that causes the phenomenon of radiative cooling. Seasonally, November is the highest month, followed by April.
In addition to Muse Park, other spots for viewing the sea of clouds include Mitsumine Shrine, Minoyama Park, and Hitsujiyama Park.
