The Kise River is a first-class river in the Kano River basin with an approximate channel length of 30km, originating in Gotemba City and featuring many sections with lava flows from the foot of Mt. Fuji as their riverbed, along with scenic spots such as Goryu Falls and Ayutsubo Falls, before flowing south to join the Kano River at the border between Numazu City and Shimizu Town.
