Yutaki is a waterfall in the Oku-Nikko region of Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, and flows down from the southern end of Lake Yunoko. It is about 70 meters high and 110 meters long, and is counted as one of the five famous waterfalls in Nikko. The lake water flows down the rock wall of the Mitake lava flow, and it is impressive, and you can observe it up close from the observation deck near the waterfall basin. The surrounding area is also known as a famous spot for azaleas and rhododendrons, and is a popular tourist spot where you can enjoy seasonal scenery such as spring flowers and autumn leaves.
Yutaki Rest House is a store near Yutaki in Yumoto, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture. You can enjoy the spectacular view of Yutaki from inside the store, and it is also used as a rest stop on the hiking trails of Oku-Nikko.
