This is a live camera installed at the Manza Nature Center in Hoshimata, Tsumagoi, Gunma Prefecture. You can see the Manza Karabuki (sky blowing). Distributed by Internet Nature Research Institute.
Manza Karabuki is an old crater site where currently rainwater and groundwater that seeped into the ground turn into steam and volcanic gas containing water vapor is spewed out along with hydrogen sulfide gas. The area around the crater remains is a dangerous area where no vegetation grows and the mountain surface is exposed, so entry is prohibited. It is called Manza-no-Karabuki because of the way the water vapor gushes out, and there is a promenade surrounding it.
