Kojima Hiramura is a village located in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, in Shitakoi District, situated on the opposite bank from Iiyama City across the Chikuma River. The village has an area of 99.32 square kilometers and is a naturally rich region with Mount Takashina to the south, Kayano-daira Plateau to the east, and the Kenashi Mountain Range to the north.
