This is a live camera of Mt. Fuji installed at the Oshino Hakkai Ikemoto Shop and other locations in Oshigusa, Oshino Village, Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi Prefecture. You can see Ikemoto Waterwheel, Ikemoto Teahouse, Oshino Hakkai, Mt. Fuji, and cherry blossoms in spring. It is operated by Oshino Hakkai Ikemoto and BEANS-TV.
Oshino Hakkai consists of eight spring-fed ponds, Deguchi Pond, Okama Pond, Sokonuki Pond, Choshi Pond, Waku Pond, Nigori Pond, Kagami Pond, and Shobu Pond, which are sourced from the underground waters of Mt. Fuji. It has been selected as a national natural monument, one of the Environment Agency’s 100 Best Waters in Japan, Yamanashi Prefecture’s New 100 Views of Mt. Fuji, and part of the constituent assets of the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Site.
