The Uozu Buried Forest Museum is a museum themed around the Uozu Buried Forest, a nationally designated special natural monument located in Shakado, Uozu City, Toyama Prefecture, and the mirages of Toyama Bay. It features a primeval cedar forest buried about 2,000 years ago that has been preserved and exhibited at the excavation site, and also has an underwater exhibition hall and a high-vision hall where you can experience a mirage on a 300-inch large screen. The museum also has a popular cafe called KININAL. There is a parking lot for 100 cars, and it is easily accessible.
